These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dilldrup LLC, doing business as Roundball AI ("Roundball AI", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of https://www.roundball.ai and any related applications, data, and features (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Each version of these Terms carries a version identifier and an effective date. We record which version you accepted and when. If you do not agree to a later version, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to hold an account. You may not use the Service if we have previously terminated your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are. The Service is operated from the United States and we make no representation that it is appropriate or available for use in any other location.
The Service publishes statistical projections, model outputs, historical results, and comparisons against publicly available sportsbook lines. It is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
Roundball AI is not a gambling service. Specifically, and without limitation:
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Basketball Association, any of its teams, any players' association, or any sportsbook or odds provider. Team names, league names, and other marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Everything the Service publishes is an estimate produced by statistical models from imperfect inputs. We do not warrant, represent, or guarantee that any projection, probability, edge, pick, ranking, line, price, score, injury status, or other output is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose.
You acknowledge in particular that:
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service, including any model, strategy, or output, at any time and without notice.
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation, solicitation, or inducement to place any bet or enter any transaction.
Roundball AI makes no promise, guarantee, projection, or representation of profit, return, income, yield, or winnings of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will win any bet, that you will profit over any period, or that you will recover any amount you stake or any fee you pay us.
Betting involves a substantial risk of loss. You should expect that you may lose some or all of any money you wager. Any decision you make in reliance on the Service is yours alone, made on your own judgement and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for its consequences.
No employee, contractor, or agent of ours is authorised to make any promise of return on our behalf, and you may not rely on any such statement if one is made.
If you choose to bet, you do so on your own account, with a licensed operator of your own choosing, and entirely at your own risk.
Sports betting law in the United States is set state by state. Whether betting is lawful where you are, at what age, on which events, and with which operators, is your responsibility to determine and to comply with. Legal age is 21 in many states and 18 in others, and it may be higher than the minimum age for an account with us. Nothing on the Service is a representation that betting is lawful for you.
We ask you to treat betting as entertainment rather than as a source of income: set a budget you can afford to lose before you start, never bet to recover a loss, never bet with borrowed money, and stop when it stops being enjoyable.

If you have self-excluded from gambling, or you are subject to any restriction on betting, you remain responsible for honouring it. We cannot and do not enforce it for you.
You must provide an email address you control and keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
One account per person. You may not share, sell, transfer, or license your account, or let anyone else use it.

Parts of the Service may be offered free of charge, and we may introduce or change paid plans at any time. Where a charge applies, the price, billing period, and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you commit, and those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
Fees pay for access to the Service. They are not a stake, an investment, or a purchase of any expected return, and they are not refundable on the basis that a projection did not come in.
The Service, including its models, strategies, methodologies, outputs, software, text, and design, belongs to Dilldrup LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial use, on these Terms.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Third-party data displayed on the Service remains the property of its provider.
The Service depends on data supplied by third parties, including league statistics and sportsbook odds. We do not control that data, we do not verify it, and we are not responsible for it. A provider may change, delay, withdraw, or misreport it at any time.
Any link to a third-party site is provided for convenience only. We do not endorse those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything you do there.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER DILLDRUP LLC NOR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST WINNINGS, LOST BETS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOST DATA, OR GAMBLING LOSSES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THAT, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT YOU WAGER OR LOSE, ON ANY EVENT, WHETHER OR NOT YOU PLACED THE BET IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dilldrup LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any bet you place.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it, including sections 4, 5, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 17.
We may revise these Terms. When we do, we will publish the new version with a new version identifier and effective date, and we will ask you to accept it the next time you sign in if the change is material.
Your continued use of the Service after a new version takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
